Standard Policy

LATE POLICY

I do not charge late fees! However, Please communicate if you are running late you have a 10 min grace period to be present at your scheduled time. After 10 minutes your appointment is cancelled but can be rescheduled within 24 hours. After 24 hours you will have to pay a new deposit.

DEPOSITS

Are transferable but not refundable. 

MUST RESCHEDULE WITHIN 24 Hours

Of original appointment or your deposit is null and void 

REFUND POLICY

All sales and services are final. If there is an issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and provide a complimentary touch-up if applicable.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information, including name, email, and booking details, will only be used for scheduling and communication purposes. We do not share your information with third parties.
